Claudia Franco Kelly Joins TAB Central New Jersey

TAB (The Alternative Board™) Central New Jersey (CNJ) has announced Claudia Franco Kelly has joined the group as a Director.
Claudia is a 38 year veteran of the financial services industry. She has expertise in business planning, process improvement, governance, compliance and risk management. Claudia is a TAB-certified contract facilitator and coach and will serve in the Princeton, NJ, area.
Prior to joining TAB CNJ, Claudia served for 35 years as a leader at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where she held positions in strategic and tactical leadership. In various roles at the NY Fed, she directed a range of complex projects to advance organizational improvement and actualize key institutional objectives.
Her capstone role was serving as Deputy Chief Operating Officer of the Supervision Group. Working under the banner of operational excellence, she led initiatives in change management, process improvement, compliance and risk management.
At TAB CNJ, Claudia looks forward to sharing her professional experiences with her clients and coaching them as they grow and transform their businesses.

Claudia is a member of the MBA Advisory Board at The College of New Jersey and serves on the Board of Directors at 4Ry, a company that develops and markets electrostatic atomizers. She also serves on two non-profit boards in Mercer County, NJ. As a board member of the Princeton-Blairstown Center, she will assume the Board Chair role after June 2021. As a board member at HomeFront, she serves on the Audit and Risk Management and Planning Committees.
Claudia holds a master’s of business administration degree and a bachelor’s of science degree in Business from Pace University in New York.
